Total Delivery Systems Fuel Surcharge (FSC) is based on the weekly average prices of regular unleaded gasoline reported by MJ Ervin & Associates Inc. This is a company that monitors fuel prices across Canada and is a trusted resource for many courier companies. Our fuel surcharge is set at the beginning of each month and will not change throughout the month as the fuel prices increase and decrease.
